We had a great experience with Quick Restore after our HVAC condensate line leaked while we were on vacation, causing water damage. Abel came out to assess the damage and set up fans to begin the drying process. The crew followed up to monitor the progress and coordinate the repairs. Since my father is the homeowner, but I was handling much of the communication, I really appreciated how patient and accommodating everyone was in working with both of us. The restoration work was done beautifully, including the painting, and everything looks as good as new! We’re very pleased with the results and appreciate the professionalism and care throughout the process. Daniel helped with the insurance and payment. Thank you, Quick Restore!

The mitigation team did a wonderful job in resolving a water intrusion situation from a defective a/c condenser drain. They were thorough, attentive to our needs and highly professional. Ernesto and Brandon were great.
